AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Get-it-local.net

Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Get-it-local.net. The Get-it-local.net Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Get-it-local.net Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Get-it-local.net reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Get-it-local.net Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Get-it-local.net Web Site.

AGE RESTRICTION

Persons below the age of 16 should not register on the Get-it-local.net and the Get-it-local.net administrators reserve the right to remove any account(including all associated data) which they deem to have been created by any person below this age.

CLASSIFIED ADS

All Users are advised to categorise their Ads according to their kind, in that the site offers facilities for users to easily show clear distinction between items advertised commercially (Trade) or personally (Private). The standard display period for items in our free Classified Ads is 14 days, after which time your Ad will be removed from general display by our system. This is purely to ensure that the site does not become cluttered with out-dated or forgotten Ads. You can however extend or relist or remove any of your current Ads at any time if you wish, by logging on and accessing 'My Ads online. Simply locate your item in your list of Ads and click the edit or delete link to make your choice. Adverts deleted by the user are unfortunately irretrievable, and will need to be recreated as a new advert if listing is still required. Administrators of the Get-it-local.net web site reserve the right to remove or amend any advert without notice if the is deemed to be unsuitable for display or erroneous in it's content. This is purely to assist us in our efforts to keep the level of misleading or incorrect adverts to a minimum.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of the Get-it-local.net Web Site, you warrant to Get-it-local.net that you will not use the Get-it-local.net Web Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
